Many of them do not have enough knowledge in soft skills. Therefore, training is being started to fill the gaps in the soft skills of a large number of job seekers and professionals. Like hard skills, knowledge of soft skills is required for people of almost all professions.

skills and abilities of educated youth to create skilled human resources. Added
to this initiative is training in soft skills, which will enhance the skills
and abilities of both job seekers and employees.
