Would you like to get on CD and enjoy better health, and improve yourself? There are three ways you can use music to achieve this. Encouraging Music Keep up the good music, and doing housework seems like a chore. Using music to motivate yourself or change your mood is a place where you can trust your mood and experience. If you find music that energizes,
Relaxes, or entertains you, keep it ready for the moment when you need it.
Intelligent Music Music creates neural pathways in your brain that stimulate
intelligence. Research shows that music trains the brain in higher ways of
thinking. In one study, three-year-old were divided into two groups. The first
ones had no special training, or musical exposure. The second group learned
piano and sang daily by singing. Eight months later three-year-old music kids
were much better at solving puzzles. They also get 80% higher local
intelligence than any other group.
There is also anecdotal evidence that
listening to music, especially from Mozart's time, can help you to learn and
read better. Hopefully there will be more research. There is currently no
reason not to do your test. I’ve heard that Stephen King writes about rock
sound playing loudly, so the benefits of music can be to your liking or brain
order. Brainwave Installation Music Want to listen to some music, and be smart,
or have a quick meditation? There are products now that “invade” your
brainwaves, to put you in a meditative state. Music is embedded with beats and
pulses that put your brain waves at a certain frequency. Insert the correct CD
or MP3 for your work, and get better brain function. Science? In part. Brain
waves differ in attitude.
Dreaming and simple meditation occur in the “Alpha”
waves, for example. So if you listen to music that contains bits to the 10 Hz
frequency you will produce multiple brainwaves at the 10 Hz frequency and enter
the Alpha free mood. Do these things really work? Yes. I have found two
products that put me in a more peaceful environment unlike any other music or
meditation practice. Studies will prove the results (some already have them),
dispelling wild claims. Given my results, however, I will not wait for further
research. Many things work long before scientific evidence arrives. If in
doubt, you can wait for further evidence of the benefits of brainwave implants.
In the meantime, why not try some of your classical music to see if it works?
Trying with music - Mozart is no accident.
