As the last rays of summer heat fade and the gentle autumn breeze blows over us, we also realize that such a change is inevitable. Nature is constantly changing, however, and many people are of the opinion that change is alarming.
Humans are complex creatures and some find it difficult to adapt to the changes that are yet to come to us. Life is like old, comfortable shoes. We can see that we need new ones and we can get some new ones that we like, but, we know that changing will be tedious and uncomfortable for a while until we install them. Sometimes we need to realize that life is not always easy. What may be better for us may not be what we are used to, but it is worth the effort to break free from new habits and lifestyle changes. Change doesn't have to be painful. Just look at nature and it will give you clues as to how difficult change can be. The brightly colored autumn leaves do not hang on an old tree for good health. No, they are easy to change and are slowly moving away from the tree.
By autumn we were busy in our gardens pulling out old things and preparing for the holiday season. We know the world needs to rest and next year there will be more beautiful things in our garden that will make us happy. Are there things in your life that need to be taken lightly in your life? Don't be afraid to make a small garden in your life. Everyone who works in the garden knows that unless we get to the roots, we will not really solve the problem. It may take a while but unless we reach the root, it will return to the garden very soon. Even though the harvest season has come there is no time to stop weeds in the garden of our minds.
This garden needs constant care in order to thrive and be what we can become. The only way to keep this field in good condition is to make sure that no weeds are there trying to choke whatever good we try to do. The weeds of our minds, however, are negative thoughts that tend to enter and prevent us from achieving what we have fought for. How do we change the inner state of our minds? By changing the way we think. We must leave fear and indifference behind us. How do you ask? Just as the gentle autumn leaves are on the tree, do not try and make a change in your thinking at night and expect immediate results. We can't get these thoughts out of our minds, the way we would like sometimes. No, we need to exercise self-control and let negative thoughts take the place of bad ones. You need to keep filling your mind with positive thoughts.We are what we think. When negative thoughts enter your mind,
You need to be ready and willing to deal with them. Just tell yourself, no, I won't let that thought take over my mind, I'll think straight. Proofs are good for easy access to remove the bad idea and put it in perspective. It will not be easy, it will not be difficult and it will be different, just like the new shoes we talked about earlier. Autumn leaves fall to the ground to form a new way of life. We too must make changes that will bring new growth to our bodies, soul and spirit. Change is inevitable, so why fight it? Why should you be afraid? Yes, change will require us to make some adjustments but it is always appropriate. Don't be afraid of change, change will help you.
